Lazaro……Joe Ray is back. I got to train with him last night. His striking is extremely good and his MMA unique. His ground and pound is crazy.

I started with the 30 Day Trial and it WAS absolutely FREE. The staff was great and the classes are amazing. I been at the Miami location for 3 months now and I feel fantastic.
