FFA Birthday BASH during 12:30AM MMA Class…
January 16, 2010In the video above, you can see our Birthday tradition at FFA! The class shown above is our 12:30am MMA class, which runs to 1:45am. We are the only martial arts school in Miami that has classes at 12:30am and that is Open 24 Hours! If you are a late owl and have always wanted to train mixed martial arts – then this is the class for you! You even have 30 Days FREE to try it out!
Coach Jorge is an excellent coach and specializes in teaching beginners. He has reached level 1 teaching certification with our rigorous 10 -week instructor course, has trained Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) in Brazil for a month, and has competed several times in submission grappling.
